How to Access

Our Office
You can come into the office at 120 Queenston St. to get supplies. We are open Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm.
To talk to staff at the office please call us at:  905-984-8684 and ask to talk to a StreetWorks staff.

Our Consumption & Treatment Services Site (CTS)
You can visit our site at 105 Queenston St. (rear entrance).  We are open 7 days a week, 9:30am-8:30pm (last intake at 7:30pm).

Mobile Delivery

We can also come to you! We offer a mobile service Monday – Friday, 6pm-10:30pm. We offer mobile services to the whole Niagara Region.
To arrange a delivery please call or text our cell phone at 905-328-6715 and leave a detailed message.  Please call early and leave a message so we can be sure to get to you.

We have many community partners who come out in the van too.  If you are looking for nursing services, let us know!  The Public Health Outreach Nurse can provide HIV, Hep C, STI and pregnancy tests, as well as vaccinations and basic wound care.  We also have an addictions counselor from Community Addiction Services of Niagara (CASON) is available to talk to you on Thursday nights.

For anyone living in Port Colborne, Fort Erie, Ridgeway, or Crystal Beach we are able to meet you Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

Did you find a syringe on your property or somewhere in your community?  Please follow these guidelines from Public Health to ensure safe and proper disposal.  If you need a biohazard bin and/or have syringes that are in a puncture resistant container please contact us and we would be happy to pick it up.
